A ticket to DrupalCon includes:
- Monday: access to the coder lounge, community summit, and opening reception
- Tuesday-Thursday: full conference and exhibit hall access
- Friday: access to the Contribution Sprint
- Daily lunch and morning coffee break
- DrupalCon Amsterdam t-shirt and swag bag
Training and the Business Summit are not included in a DrupalCon ticket.

Prepaid Tickets
If you're looking to secure tickets at a special rate, but don't want to register on behalf of another person, simply buy a prepaid ticket. When your order is finished, we will send you a coupon code so your attendees can register themselves for free on their own time.

Select the "Student" badge designation during registration. Students must provide student ID in order to pick up their badge.
Drupal Training
We will be offering a variety of full-day professional Drupal training on Monday, the 29 September. These courses will cover a variety of topics for users of beginner, intermediate, and advanced experience levels. The cost of attending a training is 400 € and includes a full day of professional training, breakfast, lunch, and breaks.
Business Summit
The Business Summit (formerly DrupalCon CXO) is a one-day business event on Monday, the 29 September. This event is designed for business leaders already using Drupal. The cost of attending this summit is 199 € and includes a full day of collaborative peer discussion, breakfast, lunch, and breaks.
Community Summit
The Community Summit is a full day of community project work on Monday, the 29 September. This event is for active Drupal community leaders and Drupal event organizers. This event is free to attend, however registration is required.
Single-Day Tickets
The 99 € Single-Day Ticket is designed for one-day access to DrupalCon, and is limited to one per person. Attendees wishing to attend 1+ days must buy a full conference ticket.
Transit Options
To get from the airport to Amsterdam, you will need to take a train. Once inside the city, you are encouraged to walk, take the city transit (called GVB), or bike! Learn more.

What is VAT and am I exempt?
VAT (Value Added Tax) is an indirect tax applicable to the sale of goods and services. This tax is paid by the customer. VAT is calculated based on the location of where the service or training is provided (in this instance, the Netherlands), and not the location of the person purchasing goods or services. For this reason all purchases made on the DrupalCon site are inclusive of VAT, which means no person is exempt.
How can I claim my VAT refund?
If you visiting from outside of the Netherlands, you may be eligible for a refund of VAT paid for the conference.

Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable, however it's free and easy to transfer your ticket to another person, if done prior to Friday, the 26 September.
