For those of you who are interested in Agile and the importance of this approach we will explore how it can be applied to day to day Drupal development, the evolution of Drupal, and the Drupal community.

As an outcome of our discussion it may be a useful community based initiative to continue researching the application of self organisation in a Drupal context and involve the community to establish some benchmark tools and techniques that may benefit us all.
