Our community is full of leaders; organizers, entrepreneurs, managers, architects, senior developers, UX leads, freelancers and others who regularly have to lead others in order to be successful. Many of us have strong opinions about what is ‘right’ and what ought to be done in different situations. Yet, all of us make mistakes and almost all of us need the help of others to make that ‘right’ thing happen.

This session will cover various theories of leadership and some of the common threads among them. We’ll take those lessons to practical situations and share tips on how to be more effective in running meetings, presenting ideas, gathering feedback, establishing direction and even closing sales.
