Before founding Brand42 in 2004, Adge has been Creative Director of some of London’s most respected design agencies, working directly with leading global brand teams. Adge’s portfolio covers an extensive range of projects including corporate branding, brand strategy and digital media for clients such as BBC, Unilever Global, BP, P&G, LVMH, L’Oreal, DuPont, Turner Broadcasting, DMGT and CNN International.
As part of Adge’s commitment to nurturing creative talent he is a mentor for design students at Central St Martins College of Art and Design, London.

Jim Foweraker, Digital Director
With over 18 years of creative, development and management experience, Jim has worked extensively for agencies including Landor, Design Bridge and ?What If!Since becoming Digital Director of Brand42 in 2006 Jim has managed and developed web solutions, applications and digital campaigns for global clients including the MailOnline, CNN, Turner Broadcasting, VisitBritain, Invista and AETN.His roll focuses on ensuring great design solutions are delivered to high standard utilsing the best appropriate technology. This approach has ensured complex multi stakeholder digital solutions have been delivered to multi award winning standards.

Maciej Baron
Technical lead and creative technologist, currently managing and developing multi stakeholder digital projects, advising on best technical approach, developing UX prototypes, proofs of concept and creative digital ideas. Experienced in both front-end and back-end, and experimented with many different technologies, from Arduino and reverse-engineering to 3D engines and artificial intelligent. Passionate about latest web trends, technologies and ideas.Previously working with Ad agency Satchi & Satchi across many accounts including Guinness, Visa, T-Mobile, Toyota and ASDA. He now leads global projects integrating technologies including nodeJS and Drupal for client including VisitBritain and AETN.
