The only thing harder to find than good Drupal development skills is good Drupal project management. However, we tend to focus on the former and then wonder why so many projects are painful or go off the rails entirely.

In this talk I will look at how to tackle a Drupal delivery from inception to maintenance, based on many years experience leading some of the largest Drupal projects in the world. We will look at mapping client goals to implementation, and going beyond visibility, how to create and maintain traceability and verify that success has been delivered on the client's terms.
