During this session we'll explain how to approach remote work as an employee and as an employer. We will provide some techniques that you, as a remote employee can use to make you every-day life easier and make you more productive while still maintaining quality personal life.

We will also present techniques that can be used by any company that employs remote people or wants to start with remote work. How to make sure my remote employees will not cheat? How can I be sure they will be as productive as in-office people? How can I build a team-spirit in a team that almost never sits in the same space?
