Drupal.org redesign? Oh yes!

Speakers:

Drupal.org is the home of the Drupal community at large. It's where you get to learn about Drupal, how to work with it and actually build Drupal itself.

Years of organic growth has made these things harder to achieve instead of easier. We're working to fix that, because it's essential that the diverse audiences that come to Drupal.org can find what they are looking for in a way that a: answers their questions and b: enthuses people to consider contributing back.

At Drupalcon Austin, we (Drupal Association, Drupal.org Content Working Group & the community at large) kicked off the work that will lead to a big revamp of drupal.org in 2015. By Drupalcon Amsterdam, we'll have identified the main personas, defined a content strategy and performed an audit of the current state of things on drupal.org.

During this conversation we want to bring you up to speed with what's been done so far, get your feedback and outline the work ahead.

Looking forward to seeing this.

This session was in a smaller meeting room without a recording setup. Have a look at the DA blog, there's relevant info about where we are with the design process there: https://assoc.drupal.org/news

It seems many of the D.O track sessions were in this room (The Amsterdam Suite), and I was really hoping to experience them through a recording. Even an audio only recording would have been great.
(Please don't take this feedback negatively. It is just some constructive feedback... I hope.)
