This is the story of migrating multiple existing sites into a single responsive solution.
The client (Nordisk Film Biografer, the largest cinema chain in Denmark) had various websites built on different solutions, including Drupal 6 and EPiServer, and they all had to be migrated into one Drupal 7 platform.

The session covers the full lifecycle of the project - from planning, through development to launch, including the challenges we met and the solutions we chose:

• Planning - regular workshops with the client
• SEO, performance and other challenges
• Third-party integrations
• Drupal contrib modules - everybody knows Panels and Views, but there are tons of other useful modules and we used some of them
• Data import
• Going live with minimal downtime

As a result http://nfbio.dk was delivered in full scope within budget, in time, and won gold awards at the Danish Drupal Award 2014 in two categories:

• Best Drupal website
• Best Drupal media site
