This is the story of the DrupalCamp Spain 2013 which organized using agile methodologies.

First we did the minimun DrupalCamp viable, after we went our DrupalCamp refactoring until the deadline.

This is proof that you can apply Agile and SCRUM to any project from a software development project to the organization of a conference that resulted in a great success.
