This session gives you insights how the team - containing both Viacom and Wunderkraut people - managed to create a brand new Comedy Central UK site combining existing content deployment repository and modern libraries for entertaining user experience.

The team was small, self-organized and very agile. Although pre-existing specifications were handed out to the team, the product owner's daily participation fleshed out the actual outcome to a success according to the external stakeholders.

In this session we will share with you real life experiences for the benefit of your next tight schedule project. At the same time we'll be honest about the failures we made during the project. The case underlines why expectation management, communication and fast learning curve are important for any production.
