Manage large scale Drupal projects for some of the biggest companies and institutions in Denmark. Providing technical direction for the product development and systems integration from definition phase through implementation. Communicate business requirements and site architecture with clients and project managers. Provide estimates and timeplans. Manage an international team of 3-5 developers to work on different projects. Assign tasks and monitor their progress. Perform code reviews. Educate team members on different aspects of Drupal depending on their knowledge and personal preferences.
