Emilie has been involved in the Drupal community since 2008, when she was a student working on her university's newspaper website. She now works as a Web Designer at the Drupal Association, working on responsive Drupal.org, DrupalCon theming, and other user experience and front-end work around various Drupal sites.

She is also an organizer for LinuxFest Northwest, a regional open source conference that brings in 1500 attendees annually, and loves to volunteer her design chops for other regional events.
