I'm a husband and a father, born and raised in Texas. Favorite hobbies include playing Dominos, writing, reading (especially history/non-fiction), and spending time with my kids.

I've started programming in the 4th grade, like many people cutting my teeth on the Apple II in Basic and Pascal. When my parents finally got a computer, I started making Javascript games in Netscape 3. During high school, PHP became my language of choice. I took and passed the CCNA exam and then went to get a degree in Network Security. However, programming is still my passion.

I've been developing on Drupal since 4.6 in a wide variety of usage scenarios: from content sites to large internal intranets, and now with Commerce functionality. I joined Commerce Guys in September of 2013 after working for a Magento Gold Partner. In addition to doing technical sales, my position lets me participate in the community, work on training and documentation, and visit folks around the US learning how they use Drupal Commerce.
