Tim is a highly experienced project professional. For the last 6 years he has worked as project/senior project a manager at the University of Edinburgh, which is consistently ranked in the top 25 Universities in the World. In this role Tim has taken a lead in introducing new techniques to promote collaboration and communication to improve project delivery. Since taking on the role as Programme Manager he has used his leadership and management skills to drive the University Website Programme through this transition to successful delivery. Previously Tim has successfully implemented the University’s state-of-the art Identity Management System.

Prior to joining Edinburgh University Tim worked as a Team Leader and Project Manager in the private sector in Germany for many years. During this time, he led various teams of IT professionals specialising in delivering and maintaining business critical systems. This included the transition to and migration of 94 million structured documents from one Document Management System to another for a subsidiary of Volkswagen.
