The Art and Sport of Strategic Execution

Speakers:

Embrace and execute change!

Defining and setting goals for your business, career, projects, or life is the first step to growth and improvement. The act of effectively strategically executing your goals is where most people and businesses tend to get stuck. They just don’t seem to get to where they want to go, even with the best intentions.

Strategic execution is both an art and sport. Implementing change in yourself, a team, or a business requires a combination of creativity, humanity, and well practiced skills that are similar to the fine arts and athletics. This session will go over themes of strategic execution and how you can apply them to your endeavors.

Benefits to Attendees:

  • Take a moment to think differently.
  • Learn how to effectively execute on your goals.
  • Understand what is strategic execution and how does it apply to me?
  • Identify symptoms of plateaus in your execution and how to overcome them.
  • You can’t just apply one method or one tool along the way and expect to reach your goals. That is OK. We’ll make sure to cover it.
